Founder and president of Marketing Resources & Results presented the topic “Marketing to Women”
February 27, 2009 ---“Marketing to Women” was the topic of a presentation given by Chris Brown, president of Marketing Resources & Results, to the Solon Chamber of Commerce’s Solon Women in Business group on February 26th.
“As a marketing consultant and owner of a small business, I know first hand the value of marketing to women,” explained Brown. “It is exciting to have the opportunity to share some of my marketing tools and research with other women business leaders in the area.”
The Solon Women in Business learned about the impact companies can make when directing their marketing efforts to women. Women purchase 85% of all consumer goods but often are overlooked in promotions and advertisements. Chris Brown presented key marketing techniques that companies use to influence women’s buying decisions.
