- Swap out the incandescent light bulbs with CFL's
- Separate your trash: paper. bottles. cans.
- Better yet - bring water from home in a reuseable container so there is nothing to throw away at the end of the day.
- When appropriate, skip the in person meeting and use a remote meeting software (We use gotomeeting) to save gas, time, airline fuel and lots of carbon footprint.
- Ask your marketing firm to investigate using recycled papers and vegetable based, soy inks when printing your promotional literature.
- BONUS: Make smart marketing use of your website and post PDF's that can be viewed and only printed when needed. This will help to keep your outdated literature that was printed in massive quantity out of the dumpster and also the landfills.
